Meanings

marati márate v also P. mriyáte 1 (ti), PPP mṛtá (q.v.) die, depart from life. Caus. māráyati (te) kill, slay, put to death. Des mumūrṣati wish or be about to die. Int maṃrīmarti suffer the pangs of death.
